@cachetrenee, a #dancer and student at #umichigan asked us for some advice on middle back toning; here is a mid back and core toning / strengthening circuit for you to try ! We recommend using the strap that comes in the #finalssurvival kit. You can even use it for the renegade row exercise shown with the dumbbells. Do 15-20 reps of each exercise . Then repeat 2-3 times. As an extra challenge you can throw in 20-30 bicycle crunches to work your core while your back rests. Do these exercises every 2-3 days .
